RETURNS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal and Product Exchange

1. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement

  • The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal date.

2. Conditions for Withdrawal

  • In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer may withdraw from the agreement without incurring costs, except for:

    • Direct costs of returning the product.
    • Additional costs arising from selecting a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard delivery offered by the Seller.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, complete, retain the original HUSAR label, and include the sales document.

  • HUSAR reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

  • A withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing and sent either by email to orders@husar.ltd or by post to HUSAR. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice within the 14-day period.

3. Submitting a Withdrawal

  • The Consumer can submit the withdrawal notice by:

    • Traditional mail.
    • Email to the Seller’s address.
    • Submitting a form available on the Seller’s website.

  • The use of a specific form is optional.

4. Exceptions to Withdrawal

  • Products made to order or customized at the Consumer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Consumer Responsibility

  • The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the product’s value due to improper use that goes beyond necessary inspection.

6. Refund Process

  • Upon withdrawal, the Sales Agreement is void.

  • The Seller will refund the Consumer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, including the cost of the original delivery, minus any additional charges from choosing non-standard delivery methods.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed with the Consumer, without incurring additional costs.

  • The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the returned product or proof of its return.

  • The Consumer bears the cost of returning the product.

7. Withdrawal Period

  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the product to the Consumer or their designated person (excluding the carrier).

  • For orders involving multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last item.

Product Exchange

1. Exchange Conditions

  • Consumers may exchange products without providing a reason. However, they are responsible for direct return costs and any additional costs for dispatching a replacement product.

  • To complete an exchange, the Consumer must:

    • Pay any price difference if the replacement product is more expensive.
    • Receive a refund of the price difference if the replacement product is cheaper.

  • The exchanged product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and include the original HUSAR label and the sales document.

  • HUSAR reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the above conditions are not met.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted in writing via email to orders@husar.ltd or by post to HUSAR.

2. Timing for Exchange

  • The product should be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receiving the original product.

3. Exceptions to Exchange

  • Customized products or those altered at the Consumer’s request are not eligible for exchange.

4. Consumer Responsibility

  • The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the product’s value resulting from improper use.
