In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer may withdraw from the agreement without incurring costs, except for:
The product must be unused, undamaged, complete, retain the original HUSAR label, and include the sales document.
HUSAR reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
A withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing and sent either by email to orders@husar.ltd or by post to HUSAR. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice within the 14-day period.
The Consumer can submit the withdrawal notice by:
The use of a specific form is optional.
Upon withdrawal, the Sales Agreement is void.
The Seller will refund the Consumer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, including the cost of the original delivery, minus any additional charges from choosing non-standard delivery methods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed with the Consumer, without incurring additional costs.
The Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the returned product or proof of its return.
The Consumer bears the cost of returning the product.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the product to the Consumer or their designated person (excluding the carrier).
For orders involving multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last item.
Consumers may exchange products without providing a reason. However, they are responsible for direct return costs and any additional costs for dispatching a replacement product.
To complete an exchange, the Consumer must:
